Identified intestinal clusters were spatially and temporally resolved via microscopy using single molecule inexpensive fluorescence in situ hybridization (smiFISH). This study provides the first assessment of intestinal organization and sub-functionalization throught C. elegans embryogenesis.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/24</publication></dates><accession>GSE344299</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9974859</GSM><GSM>GSM9974858</GSM><GSM>GSM9974857</GSM><GSM>GSM9974856</GSM><GSM>GSM9974855</GSM><GSM>GSM9974854</GSM><GSM>GSM9974853</GSM><GSM>GSM9974852</GSM><GPL>34645</GPL><GPL>37313</GPL><GSE>344299</GSE><taxon>Caenorhabditis elegans</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
