Takara Bio lot 2206112 and Invitrogen lot 481280-000 were each processed in triplicate using the targeted amplicon workflow. The dataset supports assessment of consistency of CSF1R transcript representation across independent replicates and between commercial control sources. Patient-derived sequencing data are not included because they contain potentially re-identifiable information and cannot be deposited in an open-access repository.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE344835</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9986350</GSM><GSM>GSM9986348</GSM><GSM>GSM9986349</GSM><GSM>GSM9986346</GSM><GSM>GSM9986347</GSM><GSM>GSM9986345</GSM><GPL>24106</GPL><GSE>344835</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
