We profiled parental A375 and acquired BRAF-inhibitor-resistant A375R melanoma cells using paired input and polysome-associated RNA sequencing and determined the acute response of A375R cells to the eIF4A inhibitor CR-1-31-B. An independent total-RNA-seq experiment measured later RNA-abundance responses after 24 h. These data distinguish resistance-associated RNA-abundance and translation-efficiency regulation and define early and later molecular responses to eIF4A inhibition.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/03</publication></dates><accession>GSE344859</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9986618</GSM><GSM>GSM9986619</GSM><GSM>GSM9986616</GSM><GSM>GSM9986617</GSM><GSM>GSM9986614</GSM><GSM>GSM9986658</GSM><GSM>GSM9986659</GSM><GSM>GSM9986615</GSM><GSM>GSM9986656</GSM><GSM>GSM9986612</GSM><GSM>GSM9986657</GSM><GSM>GSM9986613</GSM><GSM>GSM9986654</GSM><GSM>GSM9986610</GSM><GSM>GSM9986611</GSM><GSM>GSM9986655</GSM><GSM>GSM9986652</GSM><GSM>GSM9986653</GSM><GSM>GSM9986650</GSM><GSM>GSM9986651</GSM><GSM>GSM9986609</GSM><GSM>GSM9986607</GSM><GSM>GSM9986608</GSM><GSM>GSM9986605</GSM><GSM>GSM9986649</GSM><GSM>GSM9986606</GSM><GSM>GSM9986603</GSM><GSM>GSM9986647</GSM><GSM>GSM9986648</GSM><GSM>GSM9986604</GSM><GSM>GSM9986645</GSM><GSM>GSM9986601</GSM><GSM>GSM9986602</GSM><GSM>GSM9986646</GSM><GSM>GSM9986643</GSM><GSM>GSM9986600</GSM><GSM>GSM9986644</GSM><GSM>GSM9986641</GSM><GSM>GSM9986642</GSM><GSM>GSM9986640</GSM><GSM>GSM9986638</GSM><GSM>GSM9986639</GSM><GSM>GSM9986636</GSM><GSM>GSM9986637</GSM><GSM>GSM9986634</GSM><GSM>GSM9986635</GSM><GSM>GSM9986632</GSM><GSM>GSM9986633</GSM><GSM>GSM9986630</GSM><GSM>GSM9986631</GSM><GSM>GSM9986629</GSM><GSM>GSM9986627</GSM><GSM>GSM9986628</GSM><GSM>GSM9986625</GSM><GSM>GSM9986626</GSM><GSM>GSM9986623</GSM><GSM>GSM9986624</GSM><GSM>GSM9986621</GSM><GSM>GSM9986622</GSM><GSM>GSM9986620</GSM><GPL>37309</GPL><GSE>344859</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
