Bone marrow-derived macrophages were generated from Grina-floxed (Grina-fl/fl) and Lyz2-Cre-mediated Grina-KO mice, and were mock-infected or infected with HSV-1 (MOI = 1) for 4 hours. Total RNA was extracted from four biological replicates per condition, representing four experimental groups: WT mock, WT HSV-1, KO mock, and KO HSV-1. This dataset enables comprehensive identification of Grina-dependent transcriptional responses during HSV-1 infection, providing insights into the crosstalk between Grina-mediated signaling and antiviral innate immunity.","dates":{"publication":"2026/09/01"},"accession":"GSE345297","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM10001110","GSM10001109","GSM10001108","GSM10001114","GSM10001103","GSM10001113","GSM10001112","GSM10001111","GSM10001107","GSM10001118","GSM10001117","GSM10001106","GSM10001116","GSM10001105","GSM10001104","GSM10001115"],"GPL":["30215"],"GSE":["345297"],"taxon":["Mus musculus"]}}
