Bone marrow-derived macrophages were generated from Grina-floxed (Grina-fl/fl) and Lyz2-Cre-mediated Grina-KO mice, and were mock-infected or infected with HSV-1 (MOI = 1) for 4 hours. Total RNA was extracted from four biological replicates per condition, representing four experimental groups: WT mock, WT HSV-1, KO mock, and KO HSV-1.
