Control and inducible endothelial-specific PLVAP knockout (PLVAPiECKO) mice were analyzed 10 days after PLVAP deletion. Single-cell transcriptomic profiling was used to characterize major retinal and choroidal cell populations and to examine PLVAP-loss-associated changes in choriocapillaris endothelial cells, retinal pigment epithelial cells, and photoreceptors. The dataset provides a cellular framework for understanding how disruption of PLVAP-dependent endothelial fenestration affects vascular–tissue exchange and metabolic homeostasis in the outer retina.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/06</publication></dates><accession>GSE345745</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM10015414</GSM><GSM>GSM10015413</GSM><GPL>21273</GPL><GSE>345745</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
