To investigate the transcriptional response of human pluripotent stem cells to BaP exposure, H9 human embryonic stem cells were exposed to 1 μM BaP for 7 days. Transcriptomic changes following BaP exposure were subsequently assessed by bulk RNA sequencing. This dataset provides a resource for investigating the molecular responses and potential mechanisms associate with BaP exposure during the pluripotent stage of human development.","dates":{"publication":"2026/09/03"},"accession":"GSE346007","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM10021313","GSM10021312","GSM10021311","GSM10021310","GSM10021309","GSM10021308"],"GPL":["34284"],"GSE":["346007"],"taxon":["Homo sapiens"],"PMID":["[42667716]"]}}
