In this study, we investigated transcriptomic alterations in the renal cortex of 3-week-old male mouse offspring following maternal exposure to fructose, sucrose, or erythritol. Pregnant C57BL/6J mice were randomly assigned to four groups receiving drinking water, 20% (w/v) fructose, 20% (w/v) sucrose, or 20% (w/v) erythritol throughout gestation and lactation. Renal cortical tissues from male offspring at 3 weeks of age were collected for RNA sequencing. Differentially expressed genes and enriched biological pathways were analyzed to characterize transcriptomic changes associated with maternal sweetener exposure.","dates":{"publication":"2026/09/15"},"accession":"GSE346756","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM10040098","GSM10040087","GSM10040097","GSM10040096","GSM10040095","GSM10040089","GSM10040088","GSM10040090","GSM10040094","GSM10040093","GSM10040092","GSM10040091"],"GPL":["24247"],"GSE":["346756"],"taxon":["Mus musculus"]}}
