In this study, we investigated transcriptomic alterations in the renal cortex of 3-week-old male mouse offspring following maternal exposure to fructose, sucrose, or erythritol. Pregnant C57BL/6J mice were randomly assigned to four groups receiving drinking water, 20% (w/v) fructose, 20% (w/v) sucrose, or 20% (w/v) erythritol throughout gestation and lactation. Renal cortical tissues from male offspring at 3 weeks of age were collected for RNA sequencing. Differentially expressed genes and enriched biological pathways were analyzed to characterize transcriptomic changes associated with maternal sweetener exposure.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/15</publication></dates><accession>GSE346756</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM10040098</GSM><GSM>GSM10040087</GSM><GSM>GSM10040097</GSM><GSM>GSM10040096</GSM><GSM>GSM10040095</GSM><GSM>GSM10040089</GSM><GSM>GSM10040088</GSM><GSM>GSM10040090</GSM><GSM>GSM10040094</GSM><GSM>GSM10040093</GSM><GSM>GSM10040092</GSM><GSM>GSM10040091</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>346756</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
