To investigate the transcriptional consequences of BRD1 haploinsufficiency in a translational large-animal model, we performed RNA sequencing of multiple brain regions and primary fibroblasts from BRD1 haploinsufficient (BRD1+/-) and wild-type Göttingen minipigs. The study identifies tissue- and brain region-specific transcriptional alterations associated with reduced BRD1 function and forms part of a broader multimodal characterization of the neurodevelopmental and systemic consequences of BRD1 haploinsufficiency.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/15</publication></dates><accession>GSE346909</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM10042398</GSM><GSM>GSM10042410</GSM><GSM>GSM10042399</GSM><GSM>GSM10042411</GSM><GSM>GSM10042412</GSM><GSM>GSM10042394</GSM><GSM>GSM10042395</GSM><GSM>GSM10042396</GSM><GSM>GSM10042397</GSM><GSM>GSM10042417</GSM><GSM>GSM10042418</GSM><GSM>GSM10042419</GSM><GSM>GSM10042413</GSM><GSM>GSM10042414</GSM><GSM>GSM10042415</GSM><GSM>GSM10042416</GSM><GSM>GSM10042393</GSM><GSM>GSM10042420</GSM><GSM>GSM10042421</GSM><GSM>GSM10042422</GSM><GSM>GSM10042400</GSM><GSM>GSM10042423</GSM><GSM>GSM10042401</GSM><GSM>GSM10042406</GSM><GSM>GSM10042407</GSM><GSM>GSM10042408</GSM><GSM>GSM10042409</GSM><GSM>GSM10042402</GSM><GSM>GSM10042424</GSM><GSM>GSM10042403</GSM><GSM>GSM10042425</GSM><GSM>GSM10042426</GSM><GSM>GSM10042404</GSM><GSM>GSM10042405</GSM><GPL>29847</GPL><GSE>346909</GSE><taxon>Sus scrofa</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
