T cells (CD45+ CD3e+) were isolated from the lamina propria of the colon and ileum of female C57BL/6J mice at multiple reproductive stages: virgin (estrus or proestrus), early pregnancy (E6.5), mid-pregnancy (E12.5), late pregnancy (E18.5), and 30 days postpartum (30dpp). All C57BL/6J mice were infected by segmented filamentous bacteria (SFB) by cohousing with Taconic mice for two weeks before timed mating.","dates":{"publication":"2026/09/22"},"accession":"GSE347793","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM10060603","GSM10060602","GSM10060601","GSM10060622","GSM10060600","GSM10060621","GSM10060620","GSM10060609","GSM10060608","GSM10060607","GSM10060606","GSM10060605","GSM10060604","GSM10060614","GSM10060613","GSM10060612","GSM10060611","GSM10060599","GSM10060610","GSM10060598","GSM10060597","GSM10060596","GSM10060595","GSM10060594","GSM10060593","GSM10060619","GSM10060618","GSM10060617","GSM10060616","GSM10060615"],"GPL":["24247"],"GSE":["347793"],"taxon":["Mus musculus"]}}
