T cells were isolated from the uterus or decidua and spleen of female C57BL/6J mice (16 weeks old, wild-type), either virgin or at defined stages of pregnancy (E6.5, E12.5, E18.5) and at 30 days postpartum (30dpp). Mice were cohoused with segmented filamentous bacteria (SFB)-colonized Taconic mice for 2 weeks prior to timed matings. All samples derived from pooled mice.","dates":{"publication":"2026/09/22"},"accession":"GSE347794","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM10060625","GSM10060647","GSM10060646","GSM10060624","GSM10060623","GSM10060645","GSM10060644","GSM10060643","GSM10060642","GSM10060641","GSM10060640","GSM10060629","GSM10060628","GSM10060649","GSM10060627","GSM10060626","GSM10060648","GSM10060636","GSM10060635","GSM10060634","GSM10060633","GSM10060632","GSM10060631","GSM10060652","GSM10060630","GSM10060651","GSM10060650","GSM10060639","GSM10060638","GSM10060637"],"GPL":["24247"],"GSE":["347794"],"taxon":["Mus musculus"]}}
