T cells were isolated from the uterus or decidua and spleen of female C57BL/6J mice (16 weeks old, wild-type), either virgin or at defined stages of pregnancy (E6.5, E12.5, E18.5) and at 30 days postpartum (30dpp). Mice were cohoused with segmented filamentous bacteria (SFB)-colonized Taconic mice for 2 weeks prior to timed matings. All samples derived from pooled mice.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/22</publication></dates><accession>GSE347794</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM10060625</GSM><GSM>GSM10060647</GSM><GSM>GSM10060646</GSM><GSM>GSM10060624</GSM><GSM>GSM10060623</GSM><GSM>GSM10060645</GSM><GSM>GSM10060644</GSM><GSM>GSM10060643</GSM><GSM>GSM10060642</GSM><GSM>GSM10060641</GSM><GSM>GSM10060640</GSM><GSM>GSM10060629</GSM><GSM>GSM10060628</GSM><GSM>GSM10060649</GSM><GSM>GSM10060627</GSM><GSM>GSM10060626</GSM><GSM>GSM10060648</GSM><GSM>GSM10060636</GSM><GSM>GSM10060635</GSM><GSM>GSM10060634</GSM><GSM>GSM10060633</GSM><GSM>GSM10060632</GSM><GSM>GSM10060631</GSM><GSM>GSM10060652</GSM><GSM>GSM10060630</GSM><GSM>GSM10060651</GSM><GSM>GSM10060650</GSM><GSM>GSM10060639</GSM><GSM>GSM10060638</GSM><GSM>GSM10060637</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>347794</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
