The chemical series includes DMSO or compound 3-55 treatment with or without polyinosinic:polycytidylic acid [poly(I:C)] stimulation. The genetic series includes a TRIM15 knockdown comparison and a TRIM15-expression comparison with their corresponding controls. The deposited matrices provide gene-level counts and FPKM values for the eight libraries used in these analyses.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/27</publication></dates><accession>GSE348256</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM10069136</GSM><GSM>GSM10069135</GSM><GSM>GSM10069129</GSM><GSM>GSM10069130</GSM><GSM>GSM10069134</GSM><GSM>GSM10069133</GSM><GSM>GSM10069132</GSM><GSM>GSM10069131</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>348256</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
