We constructed a comprehensive atlas of the TME in estrogen-receptor positive DCIS using fresh samples collected from normal breast tissues, DCIS and invasive breast cancers. This Series only contains the Xenium samples, for the Visium samples see GSE348919.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/25</publication></dates><accession>GSE348584</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM10075609</GSM><GSM>GSM10075608</GSM><GSM>GSM10075618</GSM><GSM>GSM10075607</GSM><GSM>GSM10075606</GSM><GSM>GSM10075617</GSM><GSM>GSM10075616</GSM><GSM>GSM10075605</GSM><GSM>GSM10075604</GSM><GSM>GSM10075615</GSM><GSM>GSM10075614</GSM><GSM>GSM10075613</GSM><GSM>GSM10075612</GSM><GSM>GSM10075611</GSM><GSM>GSM10075610</GSM><GPL>33762</GPL><GSE>348584</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
