We constructed a comprehensive atlas of the TME in estrogen-receptor positive DCIS using fresh samples collected from normal breast tissues, DCIS and invasive breast cancers. This Series is only for the Visium samples, see GSE348584 for the Xenium samples.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/29</publication></dates><accession>GSE348919</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM10083689</GSM><GSM>GSM10083686</GSM><GSM>GSM10083685</GSM><GSM>GSM10083696</GSM><GSM>GSM10083688</GSM><GSM>GSM10083687</GSM><GSM>GSM10083693</GSM><GSM>GSM10083692</GSM><GSM>GSM10083684</GSM><GSM>GSM10083695</GSM><GSM>GSM10083694</GSM><GSM>GSM10083683</GSM><GSM>GSM10083691</GSM><GSM>GSM10083690</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>348919</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
