We performed bulk RNA sequencing of paired CAFs isolated from the tumor center and invasive tumor front of two WPOI1-3 and two WPOI4-5 OSCC tumors. This dataset supports paired analyses of regional expression differences and the WPOI-by-region interaction.</description><dates><publication>2026/10/04</publication></dates><accession>GSE349044</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM10086194</GSM><GSM>GSM10086192</GSM><GSM>GSM10086193</GSM><GSM>GSM10086190</GSM><GSM>GSM10086191</GSM><GSM>GSM10086189</GSM><GSM>GSM10086187</GSM><GSM>GSM10086188</GSM><GPL>29480</GPL><GSE>349044</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
