SW-1736 cells were treated with 33.90 µM tazemetostat for 24, 48, and 72 hours. Total RNA was isolated, converted to cDNA, and analyzed using the Qiagen RT² Profiler PCR Array Human WNT Signaling Pathway (PAHS-043Z) on a Roche LightCycler 480 Real-Time PCR System.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/29</publication></dates><accession>GSE349074</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM10086629</GSM><GSM>GSM10086631</GSM><GSM>GSM10086632</GSM><GSM>GSM10086630</GSM><GPL>37601</GPL><GSE>349074</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
