Synovial fibroblasts were divided into two experimental groups: a control group and an ACOX1-overexpression group. Each group consisted of six biological replicates. Total RNA was extracted from the cells and subjected to transcriptome sequencing. The resulting RNA-seq data were used to characterize ACOX1-associated transcriptional changes, with particular emphasis on inflammatory, metabolic, and extracellular-matrix-related pathways. These data provide transcriptomic evidence for investigating the role of ACOX1 in regulating the functional phenotype of synovial fibroblasts.</description><dates><publication>2026/10/05</publication></dates><accession>GSE349121</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM10087339</GSM><GSM>GSM10087337</GSM><GSM>GSM10087348</GSM><GSM>GSM10087338</GSM><GSM>GSM10087346</GSM><GSM>GSM10087347</GSM><GSM>GSM10087344</GSM><GSM>GSM10087345</GSM><GSM>GSM10087342</GSM><GSM>GSM10087343</GSM><GSM>GSM10087340</GSM><GSM>GSM10087341</GSM><GPL>28330</GPL><GSE>349121</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
