In breast cancer, Nuclear Receptors (NRs) play a prominent role in governing gene expression. NRs have prognostic utility and are therapeutically important targets. Here we describe a complete regulatory map for twenty-four NR proteins that are expressed in the breast cancer cell line MCF-7, as well as fourteen additional breast cancer associated transcription factors (TFs) and six key chromatin state markers. The CEL files for the 38 NRs ChIP-chip presented in the paper are included, together with the results bar files, except 5 previsouly published ones: ER [GSE10800], RARA, RARG, FOXA1, GATA3 [GSE15244]. The supplementary bed file contains all 200,140 binding sites of all 38 TFs reported in the paper.2013/01/01GSE41995GSM1029829GSM1029948GSM1029827GSM1029949GSM1029828GSM1029825GSM1029946GSM1029826GSM1029947GSM1029823GSM1029944GSM1029824GSM1029945GSM1029821GSM1029942GSM1029822GSM1029943GSM1030027GSM1029940GSM1029941GSM1030028GSM1029820GSM1030029GSM1030020GSM1030021GSM1030022GSM1030023GSM1030024GSM1030025GSM1030026GSM1029838GSM1029959GSM1029839GSM1029836GSM1029957GSM1029958GSM1029837GSM1029955GSM1029834GSM1029835GSM1029956GSM1029832GSM1029953GSM1029833GSM1029954GSM1029830GSM1030016GSM1029951GSM1029952GSM1030017GSM1029831GSM1030018GSM1030019GSM1029950GSM1030010GSM1030011GSM1030012GSM1030013GSM1030014GSM1030015GSM1030040GSM1029849GSM1029968GSM1029847GSM1029969GSM1029848GSM1029845GSM1029966GSM1029846GSM1029967GSM1029843GSM1029964GSM1029844GSM1029965GSM1029841GSM1029962GSM1029842GSM1029963GSM1029960GSM1029961GSM1029840GSM1030041GSM1030042GSM1030043GSM1030044GSM1030045GSM1030046GSM1030047GSM1030048GSM1029858GSM1029979GSM1029859GSM1029977GSM1029856GSM1029978GSM1029857GSM1029975GSM1029854GSM1029855GSM1029976GSM1030038GSM1029852GSM1029973GSM1030039GSM1029853GSM1029974GSM1029971GSM1029850GSM1029972GSM1029851GSM1029970GSM1030030GSM1030031GSM1030032GSM1030033GSM1030034GSM1030035GSM1030036GSM1030037GSM1029869GSM1029867GSM1029988GSM1029989GSM1029868GSM1029865GSM1029986GSM1029866GSM1029987GSM1029984GSM1029863GSM1029864GSM1029985GSM1029861GSM1029982GSM1029862GSM1029983GSM1029980GSM1029981GSM1029860GSM1029878GSM1029999GSM1029879GSM1029876GSM1029997GSM1029998GSM1029877GSM1029995GSM1029874GSM1029875GSM1029996GSM1029872GSM1029993GSM1029873GSM1029994GSM1029870GSM1029991GSM1029992GSM1029871GSM1029990GSM1029889GSM1029887GSM1029888GSM1029885GSM1029886GSM1029883GSM1029884GSM1029881GSM1029882GSM1029880GSM1029898GSM1029899GSM1029896GSM1029897GSM1029894GSM1029895GSM1029892GSM1029893GSM1029890GSM1029891GSM1029908GSM1029909GSM1029906GSM1029907GSM1029904GSM1029905GSM1029902GSM1029903GSM1029900GSM1029901GSM1029919GSM1029917GSM1029918GSM1029915GSM1029916GSM1029913GSM1029914GSM1029911GSM1029912GSM1029910GSM1029928GSM1029929GSM1029926GSM1029927GSM1029924GSM1029925GSM1029922GSM1029923GSM1029920GSM1029921GSM1030005GSM1030006GSM1030007GSM1030008GSM1030009GSM1030000GSM1030001GSM1030002GSM1030003GSM1030004GSM1029818GSM1029939GSM1029819GSM1029816GSM1029937GSM1029938GSM1029817GSM1029935GSM1029814GSM1029815GSM1029936GSM1029812GSM1029933GSM1029813GSM1029934GSM1029931GSM1029932GSM1029811GSM1029930491449154916491049114912491341995Homo sapiens[23375374]
