At 0 day post inoculation and 2 days post inoculation tissues have been collected on mock inoculated and M. oryzae inoculated plants. Rice were conducted under two type of nitrogen fertilization: 0N all fertilization but nitrogen, 1N all fertilization and NH4NO3. The fertilization was applied one day before inoculation. RNAseq was conducted both on rice and fungal RNA.</description><dates><publication>2016/10/31</publication></dates><accession>GSE83219</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM2196458</GSM><GSM>GSM2196447</GSM><GSM>GSM2196459</GSM><GSM>GSM2196448</GSM><GSM>GSM2196456</GSM><GSM>GSM2196445</GSM><GSM>GSM2196446</GSM><GSM>GSM2196457</GSM><GSM>GSM2196449</GSM><GSM>GSM2196461</GSM><GSM>GSM2196450</GSM><GSM>GSM2196451</GSM><GSM>GSM2196462</GSM><GSM>GSM2196460</GSM><GSM>GSM2196465</GSM><GSM>GSM2196443</GSM><GSM>GSM2196454</GSM><GSM>GSM2196455</GSM><GSM>GSM2196444</GSM><GSM>GSM2196466</GSM><GSM>GSM2196452</GSM><GSM>GSM2196463</GSM><GSM>GSM2196464</GSM><GSM>GSM2196453</GSM><GPL>13160</GPL><GPL>16530</GPL><SRA>SRP076382</SRA><GSE>83219</GSE><taxon>Oryza sativa</taxon><taxon> Pyricularia oryzae</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
