Metabolites were extracted using 80% methanol with 0.1% formic acid, followed by sonication, centrifugation, and filtration. The extracts were analyzed using LC-MS on a Q Exactive Orbitrap system. Data were acquired in negative ion mode and processed using MS-DIAL software. Feature detection, deconvolution, and alignment were performed, and metabolites were annotated using public MSP spectral libraries. Quality control included pooled QC samples, solvent blanks, and mock-treated controls. This untargeted approach enabled the identification of metabolic shifts associated with PPE-induced systemic resistance in rice, providing insights into the biochemical pathways activated during defense responses.</description><dates><publication>Sun Oct 19 02:28:00 BST 2025</publication></dates><accession>MSV000099534</accession><cross_references/></HashMap>
