We identified 290 signifi-cantly differentially expressed proteins (DEPs). In this study, we applied proteomic methods to develop a model to assist diagnosis of LM in lung adenocarcinoma cancer and identified an important biomarker, TSP-2.</description><dates><publication>Mon Mar 20 00:00:00 GMT 2023</publication></dates><accession>PXD040965</accession><cross_references><TAXONOMY>9606</TAXONOMY></cross_references></HashMap>
