To identify GPR75-interacting proteins, immunoprecipitation coupled with mass spectrometry (IP-MS) was conducted.The SCIEX Triple TOF 5600+ mass spectrometer was used in an information-dependent mode (IDA) to automatically switch between MS and MS/MS spectra.
