To identify GPR75-interacting proteins, immunoprecipitation coupled with mass spectrometry (IP-MS) was conducted.The SCIEX Triple TOF 5600+ mass spectrometer was used in an information-dependent mode (IDA) to automatically switch between MS and MS/MS spectra. Data were analyzed using ProteinPilot™ software (SCIEX, Concord, ON, Canada) and the UniProtKB database.</description><dates><publication>Thu Feb 26 00:00:00 GMT 2026</publication></dates><accession>PXD074927</accession><cross_references><TAXONOMY>10090</TAXONOMY></cross_references></HashMap>
