GFP-tagged FgVps1 was expressed in the fungal hyphae, immunoprecipitated using GFP-Trap A beads, and associated proteins were identified by LC–MS/MS. The dataset provides a comprehensive view of the FgVps1 interactome, including potential partners involved in vesicle trafficking, endocytosis, and autophagy-related processes.
