To understand the molecular mechanism of the rice cold-responsive gene LTDRP1 for cold regulation in rice, DIA（Data-Independent Aquisition）based quantification was used to detected changes in protein levels. Two-week-old seedlings of both wild type Kongyu131 and the ltdrp1 mutant lines were treated at 8℃ for 48 h, then the total proteins were extracted from tissues and used for quantitative proteomics analysis.</description><dates><publication>Tue Mar 24 00:00:00 GMT 2026</publication></dates><accession>PXD076063</accession><cross_references><TAXONOMY>4530</TAXONOMY></cross_references></HashMap>
