We isolated CAFs from patient samples and performed TP53 overexpression. Subsequently, we conducted co-immunoprecipitation using anti-RCOR1 and anti-HDAC1 antibodies to analyze the protein interactions with the RCOR1-HDAC1 complex and to determine any alterations in these interactions.</description><dates><publication>Mon Apr 13 00:00:00 BST 2026</publication></dates><accession>PXD077100</accession><cross_references><TAXONOMY>9606</TAXONOMY></cross_references></HashMap>
