Cells were lysed with RIPA buffer containing protease inhibitors, followed by ultrasonication and centrifugation to collect the supernatant. Proteins were dissolved in 8 M urea, reduced with DTT, alkylated with 50 mM iodoacetamide, and digested overnight with trypsin. The resulting peptides were desalted using C18 tips and analyzed by liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (Q Exactive HF-X). This approach allows for the identification of protein expression changes associated with TMBIM5 overexpression under PA treatment.","dates":{"publication":"Fri Apr 17 00:00:00 BST 2026"},"accession":"PXD077230","cross_references":{"TAXONOMY":["10090"]}}
