Ovarian tissues were collected from adult female mice, and protein extracts were subjected to immunoprecipitation with an anti-Vimentin antibody or control IgG. The precipitated protein complexes were digested and analyzed by LC-MS/MS. After database search and label-free quantification, specific VIM-interacting candidates were identified. The raw mass spectrometry data and search results have been deposited in iProX.</description><dates><publication>Mon Apr 20 00:00:00 BST 2026</publication></dates><accession>PXD077373</accession><cross_references><TAXONOMY>10090</TAXONOMY></cross_references></HashMap>
