The study was designed to investigate proteomic alterations associated with DHT-induced hair loss and the response to DOP treatment in vivo. After dose screening, 7.5 mg/mL DOP was selected for subsequent mechanistic studies, and skin tissues from the control, model, and DOP groups were subjected to quantitative proteomic analysis. Peptides were analyzed on a nanoElute2–timsTOF Pro2 platform in DIA-PASEF mode, and raw data were processed in Spectronaut using the Pulsar search engine against the reviewed Mus musculus UniProt database.","dates":{"publication":"Mon Apr 20 00:00:00 BST 2026"},"accession":"PXD077413","cross_references":{"TAXONOMY":["10090"]}}
