Therefore, we used a proteogenomics strategy to re-annotate Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv, identifying 37 'new genes' and correcting 35 existing gene models.</description><dates><publication>Wed May 13 00:00:00 BST 2026</publication></dates><accession>PXD078311</accession><cross_references><TAXONOMY>83332</TAXONOMY></cross_references></HashMap>
