Autophagy was induced by combined treatment with the autophagy inducer AZD8055 and biotin. Proximal proteins of autophagy-related proteins under autophagic conditions were enriched using immunoprecipitation coupled with mass spectrometry (IP-MS), followed by network analysis to identify potential interacting proteins and functional modules.
