Comprehensive untargeted proteomic profiling was conducted using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). We characterized inter-sample proteomic variations through proteomic approaches, elucidated exploratory proteomic changes observed in patients receiving CAR-T therapy, and conducted systematic functional annotation.</description><dates><publication>Tue May 19 00:00:00 BST 2026</publication></dates><accession>PXD078594</accession><cross_references><TAXONOMY>9606</TAXONOMY></cross_references></HashMap>
