Whether magnesium (Mg²⁺) supplementation modulates its protein interactome in pulmonary hypertension remains unclear. This IP-MS study mapped UBXN1-binding proteins in rat pulmonary artery tissues from MCT-induced pulmonary hypertension models with or without Mg²⁺ supplementation.
