To identify potential diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets, we performed label-free quantitative proteomic analysis on human lung adenocarcinoma tissues and paired adjacent normal tissues. A total of 6 tumor-normal pairs were analyzed by LC-MS/MS.
