Palmitoylation, catalyzed by DHHC-type palmitoyltransferases, is a reversible protein lipid modification critical for membrane targeting and signal transduction. Three biological replicates were performed for both proteomics (DA) and palmitoylome (DPPA) analyses to investigate the regulatory role of OsDHHC29 in rice protein palmitoylation and its impact on the global proteome.</description><dates><publication>Tue Sep 01 00:00:00 GMT+01:00 2026</publication></dates><accession>PXD080712</accession><cross_references><TAXONOMY>4530</TAXONOMY></cross_references></HashMap>
