Two different 5′-biotinylated DNA probes were incubated with nuclear protein extracts from MCF-7 cells. Probe-associated protein complexes were enriched with streptavidin magnetic beads, eluted, digested and analyzed by nanoflow LC-MS/MS. Protein abundance in the target-probe group was compared with that in the reference-probe group to identify proteins showing preferential association with the selected DNA sequence. The submitted files include raw mass spectrometry data and processed protein identification and quantification results.</description><dates><publication>Sun Jul 26 00:00:00 GMT+01:00 2026</publication></dates><accession>PXD081675</accession><cross_references><TAXONOMY>9606</TAXONOMY></cross_references></HashMap>
