The obtained results were searched against UniProt DB by Mascot, and the identified peptides were filtered at 1% FDR thresholds by searching against the randomized decoy DB at peptide level. This dataset with the PX complete submission format will be further used to generate a customized DB in this jPOST project.</description><dates><publication>Tue Oct 18 00:00:00 BST 2016</publication></dates><accession>PXD005176</accession><cross_references><TAXONOMY>9606</TAXONOMY></cross_references></HashMap>
