Whole-cell extracts were prepared and subjected to tandem affinity purification, sequentially using anti-Flag M2 and anti-HA agarose resins . The purified SOX2 complex was separated by SDS-PAGE and visualized by silver staining . Distinct protein bands specifically enriched in the SOX2 immunoprecipitate were excised and analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) . </description><dates><publication>Sat May 23 00:00:00 BST 2026</publication></dates><accession>PXD064223</accession><cross_references><TAXONOMY>10090</TAXONOMY></cross_references></HashMap>
