Whole slides were profiled using NEDC as the matrix. The data was acquired at a spatial resolution of 20 µm using a rapifleX MALDI-TOF/TOF system (Bruker Daltonics) operating in reflectron mode, negative polarity, and set to detect a mass range of 60 to 1200 m/z. Each pixel was acquired with 50 shots at a laser repetition rate of 10 kHz.
