For reversed-phase analysis, a Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 C18 column (2.1 × 100 mm, 1.8 μm) was used. For polar metabolites, a Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC column (1.0 × 100 mm, 1.7 μm) was employed. Mobile phases consisted of water and organic solvents with formic acid or ammonium salts, using gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min.
