Each sample were re-suspended in 1000 μL of Trizol and total RNA was isolated using the MagMAX™-96 for Microarrays Total RNA Isolation Kit (InvitrogenTM Life Technologies, Carlsbad, CA). Hybridization was done in Affymetrix hybridization oven followed by washing and scanning in Fluidic station 450 and Genechip Scanner respectively utilizing GCOS software.
