Strain 1YdBTEX2 is a Gammaproteobacterium, which was isolated from the former army airforce base Hradçany (Czech Republic), a well-known site contaminated with petroleum hydrocarbons (Brennerova et al., 2009). The strain can efficiently degrade benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes (de Lima-Morales et al., 2013). Because of this capacity it has been proposed to inoculate the strain in gasoline fuel contaminated sites to enhance degradation rates of monogrammatic solvents. The goal of the project was to improve the existing draft genome sequence, to study the capacity for aromatic compound degradation by strain 1YdBTEX2 and its survival and activity in contaminated soil by using additional RNA sequencing.ENAWhole Transcriptome Shotgun Sequencing, RNA-seq., Genomes0.00.00.00.00.00falseP_veronii_1YdBTEX2Complete genome sequencing and RNA-seq of Pseudomonas veronii 1YdBTEX22017-07-272016-09-30PRJEB1141727812150
