Here, fetal testis mRNA levels were profiled following exposure to a DBP dose level that did not significantly reduce testosterone levels. The goal was to identify the constellation of gene expression changes that do not correlate with endocrine disruption. Overall design: Fischer 344 rats were exposed via oral gavage of the dam to vehicle (corn oil) or 50 mg/kg (body weight) DBP daily from gestational day (GD) 12 to 20. The day after mating was defined as gestational day 0. Six hours after the final exposure on GD20, fetal testes were dissected and mRNA levels quantified using Affymetrix Rat Expression 230 2.0 microarrays.ENAButyl phthalate, Rat, 2-benzenedicarboxylate, Dibutyl phthalate, norvegicus, Laboratory, testicle, Butyl Phthalate, DBP, Norway Rat, Benzenedicarboxylic acid dibutyl ester, Rattus, Norway Rats, gonad of male reproductive system, rat, Mus norvegicus, 2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid dibutyl ester, Rats, 2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, Laboratory Rats, gonad of male genitalia, INSDC_feature:mRNA, 1, Norway rat, testiculus, Dibutyl o-phthalate, Dibutyl, brown rat, 2-dicarboxylate, Phthalic acid dibutyl ester, Rattus norvegicus, protein_coding_transcript, mRNA, Phthalate, Testicle, Di-n-Butyl Phthalate, Dibutyl 1, Di n Butyl Phthalate, dibutyl benzene-1, male gonad, messenger RNA, Di-n-Butyl, n-Butyl phthalate., dibutyl ester, rats, mg/kg, Laboratory Rat, o-Benzenedicarboxylic acid dibutyl ester, template RNA, Dibutyl-o-phthalate, orchis, Butyl, Testicles, Benzene-o-dicarboxylic acid di-n-butyl ester, Norway, testes, Phthalic acid di-n-butyl ester, Di-n-butyl phthalate, Testesbrown rat, rat, Norway rat, Rattus sp. strain Wistar, Mus norvegicus, Rattus rattiscus, Rattus norwegicus, rat <Rattus norvegicus>, rats <Rattus norvegicus>, rats, Gunn rats., Rattus norvegicus80.00.00.00.00.00falseRattus norvegicusFetal Rat Testis mRNA Expression after 50 mg/kg Dibutyl Phthalate Exposure2022-05-122014-02-11PRJNA134305GSE251962126653310116
