We observed the retinal vascular growth process daily both in OIR and wild-type mice through retinal flat-mount, and isolated total retinal RNA at different time points (P8, P9, P12, P13, P30) both in OIR and wild-type mice for gene expression analysis. Overall design: At least three different retinae were accessed at each time point for observing the retinal vascular growth process. Ten neural retinae from five mice were harvested and pooled into one sample for gene expression analysis. Three biological replicates were used for each time point. Dye-swaps were performed.ENAGene Expression Monitoring, Profiling, Transcriptome, Transcriptome Profiling, Analyses, mRNA, retinas, retina of camera-type eye, Transcriptome Profilings, Monitorings, Gene, tunica interna of eyeball, Transcriptomics, Differential Displays, Transcript Expression, Transcriptome Analysis, inner layer of eyeball, Transcriptome Analyses, Monitoring, Gene Expression Profilings, Gene Expression, Differential Display, Transcript Expression Analysis, transcription profiling, Gene Expression Analysis, mRNA Differential Displays, Transcript Expression Analyses, Gene Expression Analyses, Gene Expression Pattern Analysis, Ora Serrata., Gene Expression Monitorings, Expression Analysis, Analysis, Profilings, Expression Analyses, mRNA Differential Display, gene expression profiling, Netzhautmouse, mouse <Mus musculus>, house mouse.0.00.00.00.00.00falseMus musculusGene Expression Profiling In Murine Retina Neovascularization Models2022-05-122014-02-11PRJNA168565GSE387622359291410090
