Upon recovery shipboard, the push core was separated into two samples that were used for metagenomic sequencing. Sample 7086 was created from sediment in the 6-9 cm horizon of the push core. The remaining sediment (0-6 cm; 9-15 cm) was combined and used as sample PC51mix.ENAMetagenomes, Genomes.Metagenomes.0.00.00.00.00.00falsemarine sediment metagenomemarine sediment metagenome Genome sequencing and assembly2022-05-122016-06-28PRJNA326769412755
