This indicates that the screening of differentially expressed proteins reflects the impact of the biological treatment on the samples."],"repository":["Pride"],"quantification_method":[""],"modification":[""],"data_protocol":["Samples were subjected to protein extraction using the SDT lysis method (4% (w/v) SDS, 100 mM Tris/HCl pH 7.6, 0.1M DTT), followed by protein quantification using the BCA method. An appropriate amount of protein from each sample was then digested using the Filter-Aided Sample Preparation (FASP) method with trypsin. The resulting peptides were desalted using a C18 Cartridge, lyophilized, and subsequently resuspended in 40 μL of 0.1% formic acid solution for peptide quantification (OD280). For each sample, 100 μg of peptides were labeled according to the instructions provided with the Thermo Scientific TMT labeling kit. Each sample was then separated using a nano-flow HPLC system (Easy nLC). After chromatographic separation, the samples were analyzed using a Q-Exactive series mass spectrometer.
