We isolated Tenacibaculum sp. strain Pbs-1 from the diseased oyster shells. Tenacibaculum sp. strain Pbs-1 is one of the putative causative agents of black-spot shell disease in Akoya pearl oysters.</long_description><tag>xref:PubMed:38969181</tag><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>other disease, human disease, C6orf190, Genomes, Oysters, Black, bA325O24.3, Sprain, Afro American, Pinctadas, TSEPA, disorders, GASP, whole genome, C6orf207, medical condition, Pearl Oysters, ecotype, BLACK OR AFRICAN AMERICAN, strain, non-neoplastic, Afro-American, disease, SPOT, Pearl Oyster., diseases, Strain, Diseases, Pearl, disease or disorder, bA325O24.4, condition, disorder, diseases and disorders, Homo sapiens disease, cultivar, Strains, shell, Oyster, spot, Sprains, Strains and Sprains, Black Populations</description_synonyms><name_synonyms>strain, Sprain, Strain., cultivar, Strains, Sprains, Strains and Sprains, ecotype</name_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Tenacibaculum sp. strain:Pbs-1</name><description>Genome of Tenacibaculum sp. strain Pbs-1 associated with black-spot shell disease in Akoya pearl oysters</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2024-07-30</first_public></dates><accession>PRJDB18526</accession><cross_references><taxon>1906242</taxon><PubMed>38969181</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
