Comparative RNA sequencing analyses were performed to identify molecular pathways associated with KDM6A deficiency. Total RNA was extracted from both KDM6A-KO and WT control cells and processed into libraries using the SureSelect Strand-Specific RNA Library Preparation Kit (Agilent Technologies). Transcriptome analysis was conducted with the HiSeq 2500 next-generation sequencer (Illumina), and the resulting sequence reads were aligned to the human genome (hg38).
